This depends on whether we own and sold the product OR we promoted another companies product that we do not own.
In the case of an affiliate product we promoted, please contact the product creator. However, even in such cases, we may be able to help.
For us to help, or to obtain an invoice for a product purchased through us, that we own, please do the following:
Submit a ticket and include your transaction ID, your mailing address and your phone number, as well as the name of the product you purchased.Other details, such as the date, etc. should not be needed, but they will help us track down your invoice faster, so feel free to submit additioal information.
Once you’ve provided us with this information, we’ll be more than happy to provide you with an invoice marked paid for your records.
